Definitions

"Customer" – refers to any individual who uses the services provided by the Service Provider.
"Services" – refers to various handmade ceramic and other types of products provided by the Service Provider.
"Website" – refers to the Service Provider's website located at https://www.ausrosmenai.lt, where services are offered.
"Personal Data" – refers to any information related to an individual who can be directly or indirectly identified.
General Provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") constitute an agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer using any of the provided Services.
The Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Service Provider and the Customer regarding the provision of services.
The Terms apply to all services provided through the Website.
By agreeing to these Terms, Customers confirm that they have understood and accept all provisions stated herein.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, so Customers should review them regularly. If the Customer continues to use the Services after modifications, it is considered that they accept the changes.
If the Customer does not agree with these Terms, they should not use the services provided by the Service Provider.
Personal Data Protection
The personal information provided by the Customer while using our Website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Formation of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
The purchase-sale agreement is considered concluded when the Customer selects a product(s) on the Website, provides delivery details, chooses a payment method, and clicks the "Order" button.
Each purchase-sale agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer is deemed individual and confidential.
Upon concluding a purchase-sale agreement, the Service Provider commits to delivering the product(s), and the Customer commits to paying the specified amount and accepting the product(s).
Customer Rights
The Customer has the right to purchase the products and services offered on the Website under these Terms.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement by informing the Service Provider in writing (via email) within 14 days of receiving the product, except in cases where the right of withdrawal is not applicable under applicable law.
The Customer has the right to receive detailed and accurate information about the products and services.
The Customer has other rights as prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Customer Obligations
The Customer must pay for the products and services and accept the ordered items.
The Customer must correctly fill out the order form and provide accurate personal information.
The Customer must update their personal information if any changes occur.
The Customer must comply with these Terms, the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and avoid causing damage to the Service Provider.
Service Provider Rights
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any service or product listed on the Website without prior notice.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's order if the Customer fails to provide the necessary information required to process the order or does not fulfill their obligations under these Terms.
The Service Provider may unilaterally refuse to accept or process an order, notifying the Customer in writing and refunding any paid amounts.
The Service Provider may terminate the provision of services if the Customer misuses them or violates these Terms.
Under significant circumstances, the Service Provider may temporarily or permanently discontinue the Website's operation without prior notice.
Service Provider Obligations
The Service Provider commits to providing services and selling products under the conditions specified in these Terms and on the Website.
The Service Provider commits to fully complying with data protection laws when handling Customer personal data.
The Service Provider commits to preparing the ordered products for shipment and handing them over to the delivery company within the timeframe specified on the Website.
The Service Provider commits to refunding the Customer if they exercise their right to withdraw from the agreement and properly return the product following the Website's return policy.
Service and Price Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, adjust, or update product prices and service conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Customer agrees to such changes by continuing to use the services provided by the Service Provider.
Changes to product prices take effect upon being published on the Website.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience incurred by the Customer due to changes in prices or service conditions.
If changes occur after the Customer has placed an order but before it is fulfilled, the prices and conditions in effect at the time of ordering will apply.
Products and Services
The products and services offered on the Website are described in detail on each product page.
The Service Provider strives to ensure that product images accurately represent their color, shape, and other attributes. However, due to technical differences (screen color settings, lighting, etc.), the actual product appearance may slightly differ from what is shown on the Website.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the product and service assortment at any time without prior notice.
If an ordered product is out of stock, the Service Provider commits to informing the Customer and offering a similar product or refunding the Customer.
All product prices on the Website are listed in euros, including VAT.
Warranty
The Service Provider guarantees that the products sold meet specified quality standards, are original, unused, and undamaged unless otherwise stated in the product description.
If a product does not meet the warranty conditions, the Customer has the right to request a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable laws.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, failure to follow usage instructions, or natural wear and tear.
In the case of a warranty claim, all related shipping costs are covered by the Service Provider.
Intellectual Property
All design elements, texts, images, documents, product and service names, descriptions, and other content on the Website are intellectual property owned by the Service Provider and/or its licensors.
Copying, distributing, publishing, or otherwise using Website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Service Provider is prohibited.
The use of trademarks, logos, product and service names, copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property must be coordinated with the Service Provider and/or the respective rights holder.
Marketing, Information, and Promotions
With the Customer's consent, the Service Provider may send information about new products, services, special offers, promotions, and other news via email or other communication channels.
The Customer may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email or by contacting the Service Provider directly.
Promotions and special offers are temporary and may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
The Service Provider may use third-party marketing services and allow them to use Customer personal data only if the Customer has provided consent.
Legal Basis
These Terms and all individual agreements under which we provide services are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
Final Provisions
These Terms are established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with Lithuanian law.
By using the Service Provider's services, the Customer agrees to these Terms and confirms that they understand and commit to complying with them.
